Pilates for pre and post-injury and/or operation
Before an operation its important to be as fit physically as possible to aid in a swift recovery.The pilates equipment and my rehabilitation training allows this process to take place.
Discharge is usually quite swift with a few exercises printed out to do at home. After that, follow-up ceases, exercise programs should continue and progress for the affected area and the rest of the body.
Weekly sessions or even monthly sessions keeps an eye on progress and keeps up the motivation.
